About First City Cleaning and Staging

Our Mission

At First City Cleaning and Staging, our mission is to provide quality cleaning and staging services for the short-term rentals' population on the beautiful island of Ketchikan, Alaska.

Cleaning Services

3 hour minimum is required.

CLASSIC CLEANING | Client’s Supplies

$35/hr

Our classic cleaning service will be tailored to the need and desire of the client. You will provide your own cleaning products and supplies. 

Examples of this service include: dusting, wiping down all desired surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, washing of bed and bath linens, washing/putting away dishes, and making up beds.

CLASSIC CLEANING | First City’s Supplies

$40/hr

Our same tailored classic cleaning service. Cleaning products and supplies provided by us.

Examples of supplies include: All surface cleaners, disposable dusters, vacuum, broom, mop, all cleaning towels. 

DEEP CLEANING | Client’s Supplies

$45/hr

Our deep cleaning service will be tailored to your specific needs and desires. You will provide all cleaning products and supplies. 

Examples of this service include: Window washing, steam mopping floors & grout, cleaning all baseboards, cleaning underneath furniture, steam cleaning curtains, beds, couches, carpet spot cleaning, cleaning and sealing stone countertops, cleaning inside stoves, cupboards, refrigerators, washing machines/dryers, and organizing any materials or goods. 

DEEP CLEANING | First City’s Supplies

$50/hr

Our same tailored deep cleaning service. Cleaning products and supplies provided by us.

Examples of this service include: Window washing, steam mopping floors & grout, cleaning all baseboards, cleaning underneath furniture, steam cleaning curtains, beds, couches, carpet spot cleaning, cleaning and sealing stone countertops, cleaning inside stoves, cupboards, refrigerators, washing machines/dryers, and organizing any materials or goods. 

Staging & Presentation

This service will be tailored to the client’s needs/desires.

CLASSIC STAGING & PRESENTATION

Free With Clean Upon Request

If you need assistance with adding some style and flare to your property, look no further. We will be happy to give you ideas and tips based on our experience that we know you and your customers will love and appreciate. Using your supplies, we can assist you with adding in those personal touches that will wow your customers.

CUSTOM STAGING & PRESENTATION

Price Established per Consultation

We will assist you with interior design, purchasing items and creating a luxurious space for your renters to enjoy.
